The kasumi diamond sharpener enables you to sharpen even ceramic bladed knives, which are second only to diamonds in hardness. It is so simple to use.
Please note that the Kasumi Diamond Sharpener is designed for the slimmer Japenese-style knives which are sharpened on both sides. It is not suitable for those specialist items such as Sashimi Knives, which are sharpened on one side only, nor for some of the broader-bladed European style knives.
* For ceramic knives use diamond wheel only.
* For metal bladed knives use the whetstone wheel first, then use the Diamond Wheel for a finer finish.
